"Please don't do this. Help!"
Ishtar was the only person who could hear the cry, and it seemed to come from quite a distance. The voice sounded familiar, but where had she heard it before? She thought, rising from her seat to find out where the voice was coming from. Just as she was about to open the door, it swung open, and she found herself face to face with Luna Grace.
Luna Grace looked embarrassed and shaken. She had forgotten that Ishtar was in her study until she opened the door. She stepped into the room, her composure restored but her eyes still reflecting the tension of the confrontation she had with Adonis. Ishtar quickly masked her agitation, her expression calm and collected.
"Is everything alright?"She asked, her voice steady.
