Chapter 46 - Present - Callum
"Being a Werewolf. To see you being a Werewolf. Or have my life and emotions affected by the moon... None of that is something I expect or planned for my or our family's future..." None of those words was a lie as Callum continued to watch the forest, trying to see what his son saw earlier.
However, he never imagined that they might sound different to anyone else or how dissatisfied the tone of his voice sounded... Even if he would never change anything about what happened, other than the fact he wanted to have been able to save the others.
He wasn't bothered anymore about becoming a Werewolf or being Richard's Mate. Callum just wished he could go back in time and fix some mistakes if he had found out about it all earlier.
