Audrey and Isabell are taking a tour of the train. Like their mother, they can't believe their father and grandfather purchased a train. Because they won’t allow it to run through Willow Creek Falls. When the two young ladies are walking toward their family’s private car, they’re stopped by four men.
“Don’t touch me.” Audrey slaps his hand again.
Isabell grabs her sister’s hand. “Let us pass or you’ll be sorry.”
A black-haired man laughs, “what are you two going to do?”
“Nothing, but our father and husbands will probably kill you.” Isabell looks at the dirty-faced man. "When was the last time you touched some water?"
He’s raising his hand. “Why I outta.”
“You outta what?” Qaletaqa has the man's hand. “Tell me what you outta do to my daughter.”
"What the hell,” the man looks at Qaletaqa.
The other three men are reaching for their guns when Tatanka and Little Horn draw their guns. They're looking at two young Indians dumbfounded.
“Audrey, Isabell go join your Mother.” Qaletaqa squeezes the man’s arm harder.
Isabell and Audrey look at the four men while walking past them. Audrey stops and looks at the dirty-faced man. “My sister told you our father and husbands might kill you. She was right, by the expression on my father’s face.”
The man looks at Qaletaqa “Let go of my damn arm, you damn redskin.”
Qaletaqa yanks the man into him and looks into his eyes. “What were you going to do to my daughters?”
The man is still trying to get out of Qaletaqa's stronghold.
“Sir, I figured these four were going to be trouble. I went to get the Sheriff.” An older porter runs into the car.
Sheriff Doug and two deputies are walking behind the porter. All three men's eyes are on Qaletaqa, Little Horn, and Tatanka. Then they drew their guns on them. The Sheriff smirks, “What gives you the right to touch a white man?”
Now everyone's guns are drawn besides Qaletaqa and the dirty-faced man.
“What gives a white man the right to touch our daughters.” Treasure enters the room with both pistols drawn. One is pointed at the Sheriff' and the other one is in the direction of the two deputies.
Sheriff Doug and his Deputies are looking at her. The Deputies drop their pistols but the Sheriff doesn’t budge.
“My wife, you shouldn’t be on your feet,” Qaletaqa turns to look at her and yanks the dirty-faced man around.
“I know my husband, you were taking too long, and I was missing you." Treasure punkers her lips at him. “Sheriff, what were you saying about my husband touching that filthy man?”
The Sheriff still doesn’t say anything. The porter tells her he went to get the Sheriff because he saw the way the four men were looking at the young ladies. He didn’t get them for her family.
“I see what the Sheriff did. He assumed since my husband and my two sons-in-law are Indians he could do what he wanted to them." Treasure gives Sheriff Doug a hard-stern look. “You’re new here so I may be in a good mood and let this go this time. Let me introduce my husband and myself to you. So next time you won’t make such a foolish mistake again. Because next time you won’t live. I’m Treasure Abbott and that is my husband Qaletaqa. His name speaks for itself. My husband is the owner of this railroad. In other words, your ass works for him. Do I make myself clear? If not then we have a problem. A serious problem that can be deadly for you." Treasure points to her pistol with her head.
The Sheriff grits his teeth as he holsters his pistol. “You four are coming with me. Jack, you and Craig lock them up.” He looks at Qaletaqa “The Legend. I never thought I would come face to face with you.”
Qaletaqa still holds the man but is looking at the Sheriff. “What you did could get you killed. Next time it will.”
Treasure walks beside Qaletaqa, “My husband is right. Next time it will. Now, get off my husband’s train and take these fleabags with you.”
The Sheriff clenches his fists looking between Treasure and Qaletaqa.
Treasure looks at his fists,“do you feel lucky? I know that look. It’s the look of a man who doesn’t like to be beaten by a woman. But more importantly, you don’t like that my husband has more power than you. We both know that he can put an end to your career if he wants to. Am I right?”
Sheriff Doug takes a deep breath. “Get them the hell out of here.”
Qaletaqa lifts the man by his head. “The next time I see your dirty face I will scalp your ass and feed what is left of you to the coyotes. Stay away from our daughters.” He walks to the door of the train car and throws the man onto the ground.
The man lands on his back and screams and turns over, looking at Qaletaqa still standing at the door staring at him. He starts cursing his head.
Treasure walks behind Qaletaqa, “My husband, we’ll see him again.”
“Yes, my wife I know we will. The look in his eyes says he wants revenge.” Qaletaqa points to the man. “Boston is where I’ll be, and I’ll be waiting.” He steps back so the Sheriff and his deputies can exit the train with the other three men.
Treasure takes his hands looking at Tatanka and Little Horn. "We can't seem to get away from trouble."
The Sheriff steps off the train looking at it confused. “Damn, he’s like a giant.”
“Sheriff you can’t lock me and my friends up because of that redskin and that colored girl.” The man is still on the ground but looking up at him.
“As much as I hate to say this. Yes, I’m locking you four up. I don’t want Richard Abbott to come here. Mayor Bean won’t like that one damn bit. Nor do I want to be on the bad side of the Legend. Did you not see the look in his wife’s eyes? Treasure my ass, the devil is more like it. Get up and come on here you have stirred up enough trouble for the day.” Sheriff Doug walks beside the man and helps him up.
Pat, Nat, and Wilbur were standing back avoiding the Sheriff. When he mentions Treasure Pat nudges Nat's arm “Maybe that old timer was right. We need to get on that train.”
Wilbur nods “I’ll buy three tickets.”
“Tickets my ass. We'll jump on once the train is a few miles from here.” Pat frowns looking at his brother.
Nat grins looking at the young woman from earlier boarding the train. “Brother you have your reason and I have mine”
