Author’s POV
Luke and Sam look at each other and then look at Max sitting in his chair behind the desk and staring blankly.
"Do you think we should call a doctor or something?" Sam asks.
"No, but he's pale and mute for more than twenty minutes, it's like he's not even aware that we're here."
“Max, man! What’s wrong with you? ” Sam asks again already starting to be very worried.
"That's it!" Luke said and standing up he tells Sam. "I'm calling Meredith, maybe she knows what happened!"
But hearing her name immediately, Max shudders and shouts in panic:
"No, don't call her!" and Sam and Luke don't understand anything anymore.
"Max, what's going on?" Luke asks and sits back in the chair in front of Max.
