Meanwhile in Cara's ward, Sam holds Cara to his chest, and gently strokes her trying to calm her down.
“I am so sorry, Sam” Cara said when in the end she found some strength to recover her voice. “I lost our baby. I was not able to defend him "
“What?’ Sam asked in shock “This is not your fault. What happened was a crime against our family, orchestrated even by my own family. You told me, my love, you told me what my mom did to you and yet, I didn't believe she was able to touch you knowing that you are mine. ”Sam said with a trembling heart.
“What are you talking about?” Cara asked.
“Is not the moment to explain now because I am not able to process what happened either, my love, but when you will be fine I will tell you everything”
