Jamie sat in bed , her back rested against the wall as she fiddles with the seam of the duvet , staring at the open bathroom door as she listens to the water trickling down onto the tiles of the shower .
She couldn’t fathom why Alec would just get up every morning to workout and then go shower without her , but he has been getting busy with work these days and Jamie couldn’t help but think that it might have something to do with Lexi .
