Kylan
“Sir, we are here…” my driver spoke.
“Thank you. I won’t be long.” I replied.
We had arrived outside of Nola’s place. I told her I would send a car which was the original plan, but I decided to get her myself. Yes, I expected her to be mad at me after last night, but I was surprised by how angry she was. The way she spoke to me ignored me pissed me off but excited me at the same time. I don’t take lightly to people talking to me that way, but coming from Nola, it was different.
I headed inside, still hating that she stayed here. No, I am not judging the people who do, they probably don’t have a choice or the funds for anything more, but Nola doesn’t need to be here. It isn’t my place to say. I knocked on the door, and she took a moment to answer. The second she came into view, my breath caught in my throat, and I felt my heartbeat harder in my chest. She looks stunning in the dress, and it fits her perfectly.
“Wow!” I finally breathed out.
“Thank you.” She blushed, “And you look handsome, as always.” She added with a smile.
“Are you ready to go, beautiful?”
“I just need to grab my bag; come in.”
I nodded and stepped into her apartment as she got what she needed. Once she had everything, I reached for her and brought her to me. I held her to my chest, and she looked up at me.
“Can I help you?” she questions.
“Yes, I want a kiss….”
“You aren’t getting one.” She replied.
“Excuse me?” I asked.
“You are not getting a kiss. I am still mad at you. You want a kiss, you better not act like an ass tonight, and you may get one.”
She patted my chest, took herself out of my embrace. I groaned in annoyance. Nola giggled and headed for the front door. I am glad I can amuse her. I caught up with her and slipped my arm around her.
“Why do you insist on getting under my skin, kitten….” I breathed out, “If you were any of the other women in my life, I would have you bend over my knee, s******g that pretty ass of yours.”
Nola shudders with my words, her breathing becoming rougher, and a small moan escaped from her lips. She looked up at me, and that is when I saw her face flushed, her eyes darker than usual.
“Mmm, baby girl, if I didn’t know any better, I would say you like the sound of that,” I smirked.
“I don’t know what you mean…” she giggles.
She knows exactly what I mean.
“Yeah, sure you don’t.” I laughed.
Nola rolls her eyes at me before turning away. I chuckled to myself, and we got to the car. I opened the door, letting her climb in first, and I followed. I stated to my driver we could go.
“Champagne?” I asked.
“Yes, please. Do you want to tell me where we are going?”
“No, you will find out when we get there,” I replied firmly.
I poured us both a glass of champagne and handed her one. She thanked me with a smile, taking a sip. I rested back in the chair and did the same. I placed my other hand on her knee.
“Why were you so mad at me?” I asked.
“Because you lied to me, Kylan. You told me you don’t lie.” She responded simply.
“I am sorry, Nola. I shouldn’t have lied to you….” I sighed.
“No, you shouldn’t have. I hate liars!”
I hate lying. No, it wasn’t a big lie, not really, but I still lied to her.
“I am truly sorry, kitten….” I said gently.
“Lie to me again, Kylan and whatever is going on between us is over. I have had enough liars in my life.”
“I won’t. I promise.” I smiled.
I am still trying to get used to Nola being this way. I believed she was shy and quiet, but she had proven me wrong and showed me other sides of her.
“Good!” she smiled and reached in to kiss me.
I smiled, placed one hand on her cheek and kissed her back. It was short and sweet before she backed away. I thought she said I wasn’t getting a kiss. I didn’t say anything in case she got mad at me.
“Did you pick this dress, or did someone else?” she asked curiously.
“Me.” I smiled.
It was true. I saw it online because I wanted to find her a dress for tonight. Once I found the perfect one, I asked my assistant to purchase it for me.
“You have good taste. How did you know my size?”
“Thank you. I have seen every inch of your body. It wasn’t hard to work out.” I smiled.
“Oh…OK,” she blushed.
I think she is beginning to forgive me. I plan on making it up to her as I told her. I had the entire night planned out for us. I had booked us a table for dinner at a private club, a place where no one will bother us and everyone stays out of each other’s business. And the night will end in a hotel, well if she wants to spend the night with me. I had a few things in between, also.
“Please tell me food is involved. I am so hungry,” she laughed.
“Yes, it involves food.” I chuckled, “I gotta make sure you eat, sweetness.”
“And when will we get there?”
“In about twenty minutes,” I smiled.
“I am sure I can make it until then…” she snickered.
“I can think of a way to help distract you until we get there?”
“And what would that be?” she asked curiously.
I moved in closer to her and captured her lips in mine. She moaned, ran her fingers into my hair and kissed me back.
“Mmm, yes, this is a good distraction….” She mumbled against my lips.
After a minute, she parted from my lips, both of us breathing heavily.
“Just because we are kissing, don’t think you are completely forgiving, Mr.”
Her voice was firm, and she was waggling her finger at me.
“Yes, ma’am,” I replied.
“Just so you know, now shut up and give me your lips!” she demanded.
I growled, not used to women throwing demands at me, but coming from Nola’s lips. It was turning me on. I took the two glasses, sat them down and used my hand to pull her onto my lap.
I ran my hand up the back of her thighs, under her dress, causing her to whimper into my lips. I broke from her lips and attached them to her neck. She cried out and tugged at my hair.
I slapped her ass hard, making her yelp followed by a deep groan.
“What was that for?” she panted.
“For being naughty, ignoring me, answering me back and telling me what to do,” I smirked.
“Mmm, maybe I need to be naughty more often.” she giggled.
I went to reply to her words, but she cut me off by kissing me. I didn’t protest, and we got into a heated make-out session. I felt my excitement growing more with every second.
Suddenly, Nola stopped and got off my lap.
“We should stop because we will arrive soon….”
She had a sly look on her face when she said. She sorted her dress and hair, lifted her glass, and took a sip. I could see she was smirking against the glass.
“What the f**k, Nola!” I whined.
“Payback.” She laughed.
“I swear to God, see, when we are alone, I will get you back for this.” I breathed out.
“I shall look forward to it.” she winked.
What is going on with her? She was acting completely different from when we first met. I liked it though, it was interesting.
