Danielle's POV My hands moved mechanically, folding clothes and stuffing them into the suitcase as my mind whirred with thoughts. The decision to go home was impulsive, but it felt right. I needed to talk to my parents, get some answers, and figure out how much they knew about the supernatural mess I had found myself in. I grabbed my phone and dialed Josh's number, the anticipation building as it rang. He answered after a couple of rings, his voice filled with excitement. "Hey, Dani! What's up?"
