singing " serok nyar bedo zakumba ye aha" with a usual happy feeling of the villagers, the song always praises higher power for the blessing of the productive land they have. "papa" papa" papa" Suzini running towards home in haste " hey what's going on"? Mengo asks "later am in a hurry now" suzini "she rushes home still calling out papa. Bulges home finds her papa having a meeting."suzini", what is wrong doughter, don't you see am in the middle of the elders meeting?" chief zeru "am sorry papa but lady mbena is having a hard time giving birth she asks for help from the palace birth maid". " okay then ask your mother to call the birth maid then go make sure mbena delivers safely and bring the good news back to the palace". Mrs zeru called the palace birth maid and instructed her to carry the nessecary and follow them to lady mbena's house.suzini and her mother quickly headed to lady mbena's place and the palace birth maid followed them in a hurry. few minutes later a beautiful sound of a baby is heard from miss mbena's house but Suzini looks at the expression on her mother's face as she talks with other women and figured out something isn't right. she decides to approach the women and boldly asks her mother "mama, why don't you look happy yet I have heard the beautiful sound of a baby? or is their something wrong with lady mbena? mama". her mother tries to convince her that their is nothing wrong but she forcefully let's herself to where lady mbena is and what she sees blows her mind away. "wooow I have never seen a baby with wings mama is this a new ability in the village I should tell papa". her mother holds her telling lady mbena it's happening again, what is happening again? Suzini asks her mother tells her it's nothing to worry lady mbena will solve whatever we are trying to talk about. "your father should not hear about this atleast for now my dear girl Suzini I will inform him my self Mrs zeru tells her doughter". But mama why won't you just tell papa right now it's good news for the village I have seen other children born with other different ability controling things running fast and so much even in school my friends say I have something special though I don't see it yet but a flying baby I haven't seen one mama he's cute". The conversation continues Suzini seemed to be convinced by her mother not to continue insisting about the issue. Three days later, the baby was taken to the palace since the news of a wing baby was spreading through out the whole village and the chief wanted to control the situation since it had been 18 years since a baby was last born with any abilities in the village and the villagers were beginning to have questions and needed the chief to talk about it what does the child mean for the village. The chief wanted to see for himself since after her wife told her about the baby the night he was born, he hasn't been sleeping or having peace of mind having thought that the trail had vanished from the village. " I have told you so many times that we should be open to the villagers about the real source of our abudance and richness in this village we have denied generations and generations the truth about their origin and ancestry". mama mengo said. cheif zeru " and it shal remain that way have you forgotten what this abilities did to the village have you? it's better this way this baby will be raised like all the other wing babies ". mama mengo wasn't contented with his decision and still continued to talk to him so he can atleast think about it before making a final descision on the issue. mengo" hey Suzi, have you been avoiding me? noo why say that Suzini answered. because have been seeing you the past three days but you haven't bothered to talk to me or even say hi you know I miss you suzzi and you can also talk to me about what is going on". bytha way what happened to baby nkuku since he was brought to the palace nothing seems to be big anymore". they continued their conversation headed towards the beach and mengo seemed to console Suzini.
