Seraphina           I pulled into the driveway of Val Makian’s Cabin and after parking my LaFerrari Aperta looked up at the surprisingly large building. It was basically like looking at several murals of wolves running, playing, attacking and I kept on seeing a carving of a woman she kind of looked like Zu Zu… Zu Zu? When did I start calling Zuko that? I mentally shook my head and with out realizing it I touched one of the carvings of that woman. Burly Native American arms reached around me pulling me to Zuko’s chest, “That was my mother Camilla” Zu Zu I-I mean Zuko said. Seriously why do I keep calling him that? And did I just stutter in my thoughts? “She’s beautiful” I replied trying to get my mind out of wherever it seems to go. “You said was, What happened to her?” I asked. He sighed running his hands through his luxurious long hair. “I don’t remember all that well but apparently the Alpha, Beta, and Delta before my father came and killed her. I am pretty sure I tried to protect her only to receive this.” Zu Zu bent down a little so I could see a small scar across his cheek. I just called him Zu Zu again. I mentally sighed I guess it is gonna stick. I reached out and gently brushed my right hand over the scar and realized just how different our skin tones are. Shockingly they complement each other. Zu Zu shuddered and lifted his left hand placing it over mine. Jeez his hands are big they practically devour mine.           We stayed like that for what seems like forever but then I remembered my original task. Punishing his father. Remembering that terrible plan he and his Delta came up with lit a raging inferno in my mind. I reluctantly pulled my hand away and asked “Where is your father?”  “Probably in his study” “Would you guide me there?” “Of course, Princess Sia”           I gave Zu Zu a wide beaming smile for that and surprisingly he went bright red.   “So that’s when you came up with my nick name I always wondered.” Zu Zu interrupted. “Zu Zu” I wined “Why did you have to interrupt I was getting to the good part”  “Ooh goody I am totally staying for this part” Zu Zu replied. He then proceeded to lift me off my seat and sat down placing me in his lap. I giggled and snuggled against his muscled chest.             Arriving at Val’s office I noticed another carving of Camilla in a forest surrounded by Eastern Redbud trees. The only reason I could tell is because the trees were painted exactly like the Eastern Redbud. It looks like an ordinary tree but instead of leaves there is only blush pink flowers. I put my hand on the door nob and swiftly opened it. Gazing Around the room I could see Baroque stile desk and chair which was made out of walnut with white upholstery on the back and seat portion that looked hand carved. There was also a family painting hanging on the wall behind the elaborate walnut desk depicting a 5 year old Zu Zu and his mother and father.  Startled by our sudden entry Val looked up and now annoyed he asked “What do you need” I smiled showing now elongated fangs, “You must be Zuko’s father.” I didn’t give him a chance to answer. “You see I am his very angry mate who is wondering why the hell you wouldn’t let Zuko explain everything himself!” Shock and surprise flooded Val’s face before he composed himself “You have quite the spine to yell at me” He replied dangerously. “I also have the Strength to back it up” “You really have gumption don’t you?” I furiously nodded. Val sighed “I apologies I should have let Zuko explain. Can you blame me though? Once I heard you were cousins with Queen Kira I couldn’t help but wish to further cement our peace treaty.” I glance over at Zuko who seems completely shocked.                                                                                 Zuko He apologized? He never apologizes to anyone ever! I like my mate even more now. Our mate just gave our father a talking to and he backed off? Of course we like her more now, Zero responded.                                                                                  Sia Satisfied that he backed off and apologized I replied “I suppose I can forgive you but DON’T EVER and I mean EVER do that again. AM I UNDERSTOOD?” Val’s eyes widened and he smiled satisfied “I understand... You most definitely will make an amazing Luna.” Confusion most likely filled my face because Val said “I will let Zuko explain this time. Now if I could ask you two to leave I have work I need to get done” “Of course” I replied Zuko and I left his office and closed the door. “Well now that that’s done do you want to see my house?” Zuko asked. “You have your own house?” I said excited. He smiled proudly “Yup” “Of course I want to see it. Show me show me!” I said bouncing up and down like a little girl. “Can I drive?” Zuko dared to ask giving me puppy dog eyes. I am a sucker for puppy dog eyes especially from him it seems. “Okay” I said emphasizing the ‘O’. Now it was his time to jump up and down like a little boy.   “Oh I remember that part” Zu Zu inturepted again. “Ya I do too… Zu Zu” Zuko shuddered underneath me still acting as my seat “I love it when you call me that” He said huskily into my ear. I shivered as he nibbled that same ear. “Zu Zu” I said softly quickly flipping around kissing him passionately. He moaned a little into my mouth and my moan quickly followed. He gave me a wicked grin “I think you are going to have to take a break from writing my love” I bit my lip and nodded not trusting my voice. He quickly swooped me up and dumped me on our bed yanking off his shirt and revealing his sexy six pack. “Put down the pen and note pad” “Yes Alpha” I responded setting them down on the walnut nightstand. Sorry readers but he wants to keep this part of our lives private. See you next Chapter!
