I watched as the color drained from Mr. Travis' face. He looked so scared. I knew he wasn't expecting Gerald at the meeting and neither was I but I knew from the look on the Alpha's face, I could tell that he heard every bit of our conversation.
Gerald always liked to comport himself outside. If it was just the three of us, I am sure he would have slammed him on the wall or punched him across the face.
That is one thing about Gerald: he had no patience, unlike Connor.
I don't understand why Travis was so adamant about removing Gerald as the Alpha. It's as if he was plotting something.
