Annabelle's POV
The moon was full tonight as I sat by the window, enjoying the cool night breeze. If Gerard knew that I had my memory back, he wouldn't say a word. He was either suspecting or he was just playing dumb.
The problem was I could never be too careful. Gerald was as sneaky as a snake.
I made the mistake of calling him Gerald instead of Alpha Gerald and I think he noticed the slip up. This was all Chloe's fault. If she had let me be, then I wouldn't be hallucinating all the time and being too lax. She should have left me on the road and let someone else take me but instead, it had to be that b****.
I thought one Aysel was enough for me, but now the moon goddess decided to punish me by making her best friend to make my life a living hell.
