Third Party POV—
It is almost 10 am and the conference room in filled up with the most important people of the organization, starting from the board Members, Head of Departments and few Seniors from some departments.
It is a huge room, as big as a small auditorium. In one end there is a large white screen with projector. Opposite to the screen near the extreme end of the room that are several chairs with attached wooden panels for keeping notepads that also can be used as a hard surface for writing.
In between the row of chairs and the Screen, the distance is almost 50 feet and out of that almost 10 feet is occupied by an Oval table surrounded by several comfortable, cushioned chairs. The table is placed horizontally.
