I understand when each and every Department head expresses their concern. Obviously what I am asking them to do is next to impossible! But then with the launch approaching and the new position that has been created with challenging responsibilities, it will neither be good idea to extend the training nor will it be possible to leave her face things with less know how.
I sit down looking at all the department heads arguing and expressing their dissatisfaction to John while John keeps trying to convince them.
Suddenly there is absolute silence followed by the Voice, “Ladies and Gentlemen! Let us please calm down!”
I look at Juliana who spoke after remaining silent, all this while. And I am just in shock like everyone else. She speaks so easily with a sudden authority,
