~Alec's POV~ "No matter how hard you try to hurt yourself, you won't be able to get the pain out of your mind that you saw in her eyes," Reed said disturbing my continuous punches in the broken tree trunk. "I'm not hurting myself," I said as I wiped the blood off my hands. Reed's eyes crinkled and he shook his head while passing the bottle of water to me. I washed my hands and tried to control my mind which was constantly trying to go back to those green orbs in which I brought tears. Why does hurting her pain me so much? The moment I saw her glowing eyes turning into glassy ones, my heart got crushed. I couldn't breathe properly or think straight and the amount of disgust that felt I with myself for bringing tears into those beautiful eyes, I don't know how to put that into words.
