“So who’s Darius, babe?” that name caught my attention before Steff ended the call and if she didn’t I would’ve asked her about it.
“Darius is my ex. Well, before that he was my best friend. We were together for more than a year but I can’t keep on pretending that it was working. He’s my best friend and I don’t want to hurt him.” she answered.
There are still many things I do not know about Genevieve and there are things she doesn’t know about me either. We both knew that, yet neither of us asked questions about it. It makes me happy that she answers most of my questions about her past but I know there are lines that I can’t cross.
