I’m walking down Jed’s driveway, shaking my head that I actually slept with him and more than once. My body breaks out in shivers when I remember how skillful his hands and lips were. The man knows how to please a woman. Of course he does though. He’s had a long line of women.
The honk of a horn surprises me and I jolt back, finding Nikki waving ecstatically from her Jeep. She stops at the end of his driveway and I silently curse myself for not running down the driveway to the street rather than walking. At least then I could’ve said I was just out for a jog.
It takes her longer than usual to get out of her car. She’s only five months, but talking to her, you’d think she was ready to pop. Although she does seem kind of big.
“What are you doing here?” She walks past the front of her Jeep
