Jed opens up his bedroom door and lays me on the bed, then takes the beer still in my hand and places it on his nightstand. My hands move to the top of my leggings, expecting this will be a quickie and then I’ll go home, but he stays standing between my dangling legs.
His eyes are fierce and filled with lust. There’s no possible way he’s wanted this as much as I have all these years. Sure, we’ve toed that line of flirtatious touches and s****l innuendos, but that’s just how we’ve always been. Everyone knows Jed goes after what he wants, never accepting the word no, pushing and pushing until it’s a yes.
I sit up to rest my weight on my elbows, wondering if this isn’t going to go where I assumed. Our eyes lock and his tongue slides out of his mouth, wetting his bottom lip.
