LARA’S POV
I did not want to go home and my best excuse not to do it is Zero himself. I am not sure how cliché things will go from here, but I am glad things already turned this way. Not only that I would not have to deal with that bastard, this also gives me opportunities to distract myself better. One is for the fact that Zion will not return anytime sooner, and the second one is that I will not have to go home like right now.
This gives me memories when I have to act out my scripts for my roles in the movies and the series alike. I am always given the lead role and just like always, obviously, I am paired with a leading man. I just have not experienced this in real life until now.
Zero comes back to our table with our order and I instantly grin just to tease him.
