“Liam,” Anna called the name of her son, but Liam ignored her. Not because he wanted to, but because he didn’t hear her voice. Avery occupied every corner of his mind, leaving no space for others or for anything else to be concerned about. For the past few days even, his work stagnated as he couldn’t focus on his daily duties as well. “Liam,” she raised her voice but was met with the same reaction as before. Her voice reflected the worries she felt towards her only son. Anna had walked to her son, poking his cheek to get some response to her presence. “You are like a ghost since the Tribunal.
