You can disappear into the city.” “If I run, then people will lose heart and there will be a slaughter,” Sebastian said. He couldn’t allow that. He couldn’t let the people of Ashton be killed just so that he could save himself. “You need to think about Violet,” Will said. Sebastian knew that he was right. His biggest fear now was that something might happen to his daughter, but running wasn’t the answer to that.
