Amos Granger stared at Christopher Gellert's shoulder for two seconds. Then, he walked over and held Eudora George's hand.
He frowned instantly when he saw the teeth mark on Eudora's arm. He asked, "What happened?"
Eudora covered the mark with her hand immediately and said, "Oh, nothing. During the commotion earlier, I accidentally…"
"Let's go. We need to disinfect your wound," Amos said.
"There's no need..." But before she could finish her words, Amos carried her up.
They were in the corridor so Eudora immediately compromised. "Okay, put me down. I'll go with you!"
