Culver could not help but get out of bed and walk to the opposite side of Naomi. He squatted down slowly and looked at her.
It was the first time that he felt a slight throbbing in his heart.
Culver subconsciously stretched his hand out and wanted to touch the face of the person in front of him. However, in the next second, Naomi seemed to have felt a threat and waved a fist at him.
"Who's there?"
Culver was caught off guard. The throbbing in his heart instantly gave way to exasperation when Naomi's fist landed on him.
He clenched his fists and called out, "Naomi!"
Naomi's ears hurt from the loud voice and she could not help but cover her ears. Then, she slowly sat up.
"Why are you shouting instead of sleeping in the middle of the night?"
Before she finished her words, she saw the
