I couldn’t believe that this was happening. I knew that the bastard hurt her but Genesis is really tough. Tougher than what most people think.
We were sitting in the waiting room when the Alpha arrived, but he just called Cooper over and wanted an update from him. He didn’t want to hear from the rest of us. Cooper gave him the update and Dallas also backed it up. Nothing had happened out of the ordinary and then the Alpha headed down the hallway but we weren’t sure where he was going or what he was going to do.
Cooper came and sat back down with us and he looked a little worried for some reason.
