GENESIS POV
As I slowly opened my eyes I could hear this strange beeping sound. My eyes were blurry at first but it slowly started to come into focus and I realized I was in a weird room.
I didn’t know where I was, but it was dark with only a dim light shining near me. My eyes glanced to the window and it was dark outside so I knew that it was the middle of the night, but I couldn’t make sense of anything else.
I moved slightly when I felt this really tight sensation around my head, so I lifted my hand up to feel it and there was a bandage wrapped all the way around the top of my head. I didn’t understand why.
I looked around the room a bit more and that’s when I saw a shadowy figure on a chair next to my bed, but he was asleep.
