The policemen are slowly back away into their cars. Soon the undercover cars leave a gap in the main road and make way for Black Wolf.
The police are all reluctant to surrender, knowing that Katrina will have a difficult time in Black Wolf’s hands. They don't even know when they will see her again, or if she will even be safe. She might not get out of this alive at all.
The whole team cares for Katrina. But despite their objections, they are helpless to concede to the enemy.
