Rudolf was pacing, back and forth between the Zygot army he had created. On the other side were the dark witches, who had sold their souls to Ares in exchange for more powers. They were regrouping when their attempts failed. Even the attempt to keep Kharisi unconscious so that Ares could fully take over the child's soul had backfired. Rudolf kept swearing, he blamed the failures on the incompetence of those assigned even though they had strict instructions they had to follow. There had been no room for failure and those that had assignments knew that. Anyone who failed or did a mistake during an assigned mission would be killed immediately if they escaped from the hands of their enemies. R
