Chapter 21 – The War Comes Home
Irylia strolled around her shop, keeping a casual but critical eye on everything. The assembly lines were operating normally, and her crew seemed to know their jobs. There were still occasional hiccups, but that was a part of any business.
On Skytower, she had always had a knack for putting the right people in the right roles. Her fellow Paragons often considered Reliants to be interchangeable, but she knew better. The grays were a weak-willed Breed, but they were still people. They were individuals, not machines, and that meant they had varying capabilities. Now she was applying her eye for talent to the Agrarians of Homestead's Stonefell County. So far, it had paid off.
