As Piper wandered down the shopping promenade, she found herself envisioning the bright colors on the storefronts Charlotte planned. She had to agree with Charlotte"s suggestions. A fresh coat of paint was just what the shopping plaza needed; bright colors to pull the tourists from the beach.
