I thought given her defence, she would at least take it slow. Ariel doesn’t move. She just sits there. “I wasn’t kidding.” she replies, daring me to look at her. I don’t look. I can’t. If I do, I’ll lose whatever grip I have left. “When you wake up tomorrow, you’ll regret it. You’ll regret not thinking this through.” I mutter, tapping my fingers against the wheel, trying to keep my head straight. “If that’s true, why haven’t I regretted anything we’ve done before?
