As I was standing before that despicable man, I couldn't help but feel a surge of anger and disgust. How could he hurt Catarina? How could he be so heartless?
Leaving him locked up in that cell was not enough. I wanted him to suffer, like he made Catarina suffer. I wanted to make sure he would never be able to hurt anyone again. She had left everyone she knew and loved because of his disgusting betrayal.
As I walked away from the cell, my mind raced with thoughts of vengeance. I couldn't forgive him for what he did, for the pain he caused to the woman I loved. I would make sure he paid for his actions.
But amidst all the anger, there was still a glimmer of gratitude. Gratitude that I had the chance to be with Catarina and be a part of Nathan and Nadia's lives. Grateful th
