As Luna entered the grand hall, she spotted Millie among the guests. Millie, with her delicate features and angelic demeanor, was the epitome of innocence. But Luna knew the truth. Millie would later intentionally trip and blame Luna, causing Robben to despise her even more.
Luna's heart raced. She needed a plan, a way to bring Millie and Robben together and disrupt this wedding. She couldn't let history repeat itself.
As she made her way through the crowd, she noticed the looks of admiration and envy directed at her. The elaborate decorations, the exquisite floral arrangements, everything was perfect. Except for the fact that she was walking into a nightmare.
"Miss Luna, you look stunning," a guest commented as she passed by. Luna forced a smile, her mind working furiously.
She approached Millie, who was chatting with a group of young women. Luna's appearance caused them to fall silent, eyes widening in awe. Millie turned to face her, a seemingly genuine smile on her lips.
"Cousin, you look beautiful," Millie said sweetly. Luna suppressed the urge to roll her eyes. Instead, she leaned in close.
"Thank you, Millie. Can I speak with you for a moment?" she asked softly. Millie nodded, curiosity flickering in her eyes.
They moved to a quieter corner of the hall. Luna took a deep breath. "Millie, I know about you and Robben," she began, watching as Millie's expression changed to one of feigned innocence.

"I know you saved him, and I know he cares for you," Luna continued, keeping her voice steady. "If you love him, why don't you tell him?"
Millie's eyes widened. "Luna, what are you saying? He's marrying you."
"Yes, but we both know his heart belongs to you," Luna said, her voice filled with feigned resignation. "You should be with him, not me. Let’s stop this wedding before it’s too late."
Millie looked around, ensuring no one was listening. "What do you propose?"
Luna smiled inwardly, knowing she had piqued Millie's interest. "During the wedding vows, I will refuse to marry him. I’ll say that I know about his feelings for you. This will give you the chance to comfort him, to be there for him. He will see that you are the one who truly cares for him."
Millie seemed to consider this, her eyes shining with ambition. "And what about you?"
"I'll leave. I don't want to be a pawn in this game any longer," Luna said, her voice tinged with bitterness. "This is our chance, Millie. For both of us to be free."
Millie nodded slowly, a calculating look in her eyes. "Alright, Luna. I'll trust you."
As Luna walked away, she allowed herself a small, triumphant smile. She had planted the seed. Now she just had to wait for it to grow. She would derail this wedding and ensure that Robben and Millie ended up together. It was the only way to escape her fate and take control of her own destiny.
As she took her place at the altar, Robben standing tall and imposing beside her, she felt a strange calm wash over her.
