What Danny is implying is that he wanted Liam Wherzkil to suffer for the rest of his life instead of just killing him. That Alpha is a very bad man according to what Kara heard from Levi and personally hearing how Danny was struggling to voice out what had happened to his father, it made her agree about the punishment.
“We’ll be considering it.” Levi muttered as he nodded. “For now, I should pay a visit to your father. Does Doctor Edgar allow visitors right now?”
“For the meantime, only family members are allowed. Edgard doesn’t want to cause any complications to my father so he’s currently limiting who gets to visit.”
