As Morgan walked through her bedroom to get to the doors to the widow"s walk, she grabbed the captain’s spyglass that sat on her dresser. She"d found it in the library while going through the journals, discovering it had been a gift to John Seaver, the first Seaver on Pearl Island, from his father. In the short time that Morgan had found it, the spyglass had begun a second round of history. Morgan had given the gift from John Seaver to Cora on Christmas Day.
