Haunted could not describe Calvin’s emotions as he comprehended that Lori Mae had witnessed her father’s alien abduction. Mind- and heart-clenching was more correct. But that did not make him stop. Rather, it only heightened his emotions and senses, and he decided to continue his reading and to learn more about the farm’s history and its alien activity.
