I woke up to the sound of somebody’s footsteps. I nearly forgot that I was not at home, but was in the office. When I opened my eyes, I saw that it was my dad.
“I hope you had a good sleep. You need lots of energy for today’s task.” He said
I was still sleepy since I only slept for a few hours, “What task?” I asked
“Today is your tenth day. You need to go to this kids’ party, and wear the costume they are going to give you” he replied
“Huh?” I didn’t get what he said because I was so groggy at that time.
“Drink coffee first. I’ll talk to you later.” He left me in the office.
I stood up, and stretched a little. I looked at the time, it was already eight in the morning. I yawned loudly since I was alone. I went to the office cafeteria to get some coffee.
