I spent the whole day trying to distract myself from the tingles Zach's fingers left on my skin. My stomach continued to quiver with an army of butterflies going crazy in my belly. The shivers of my shoulders never settled down and the dryness in my throat made my breathing hard.
Katie was also not there hence I was left on my own. Doctor Luke and other associates were sent to the neighboring pack for training. So I pretty much had nothing to do except for admiring the darkening sky or noticing the stillness spreading around me as the sun slowly set and night prepared to engulf the world in its arms.
