I laughed at Ares’ comment about me coming back to life. He had a ridiculously poetic way of phrasing things sometimes, and I knew that is what he was doing now. He didn’t think I had died and come back to life in a literal sense, but he seemed to think it was a good way of describing what I had been through emotionally, and even if he was using flowery language I didn’t necessarily disagree with him. It made me wonder exactly what Rayden had been through, though. It would not be appropriate for me to approach him and ask what death felt like to him, but I hoped that I could talk to him one day.
