I went inside with a wooden lodge in my hand. I was planning to knock out the person I thought was a thief . but to my surprise the person was!
i stopped my hand and put down the wooden lodge quickly when i saw a old lady about 64 years of age sitting on sofa . her white hairs and her wrinkled face is wet with sweat and her fingers are rolling in circle, seems like she is in deep thought that she ignored the person before . I was standing there and was about to knock her out.
" Mrs. oxfins what are you doing here?" i asked hiding the wooden lodge behind the door.
Mrs. oxfins is my landlady from whom i bought this apartment from. such a sweet and generous lady.
She always feels and behave as if she's my mother. Caring and loving me.
Half a year ago when I shifted here on rent. She made the offer to
sell this apartment to me at half of prize and on top of that its on monthly EMIs . where could i find such as nice deal and a nice landlady like mother? .
This is the reason that i could afford to buy my own apartment in this city with the salary and the job I have. but what is she doing here at this late midnight?.
" oh, Alex your here ! sorry to break in without your permission but there something important matter i want to discusses with you" her face is frown with sweat and tension. she stood in surprisal, staring at me with something in mind.
i got tense at her mentioning important matter. what could it be that she have to come this late without informing?. was its something related to this apartment ?
i know that I'm little bit late to give this months EMIs but its not the first time I've done. even if late but i used to pay up full amount in almost in week . she never came before so what's the matter now?.
" is there something very important? i asked her in genuine tenses voice but she looked at the kitchen and asked for if she can have a cup tea to release her tension. i went inside the kitchen to make 2 cups of tea.
now its really bothering me. first she came without notice then she's tense, wanted to discuss something important and tea to release tension? there something fishy maybe its about the payments.
" Mrs. oxfin I'm sorry for the late p*****t , i promise that i will give it in upcoming 3 to 5 day maximum" i said with pleading voice. handling her the cup of tea.
" Alex ! its not about the payments but the thing is! " she scratched her head in hesitance. i was more scared what's it is? its isn't about the payments then what's about ?. i wanted to ask her directly but gave her full time to be frank.
" Alex , i'm sorry to say this but ! i think i cant sell this apartment to you" i'm very sorry! "she spoke staring at my eyes with a guilt.
" What!" i was in shocked " what do you mean by not selling to me? i have given 3 EMIs already ?" i almost shout at the old lady without concerning her age. i know its not respectable but what could i have done in the situation where my one and only roof is been taking away from my head.
" came down Alex ! please came down ! I'm really sorry " she forcefully took my hand and grabed it to make me sit down. i can't belive, the only thing i have been working for day and night. Working my a* s off to have a place to call home of my own. Is been snatched away in instan!
" what am I supposed to say mrs oxfin? What it's nonsense? Why are you not selling me now? Why and I already paid some amount and I'm going to pay this month's too.
"So why? " I was almost at the edge of crying but hold all the tears inside. I'm feelings awful.
" I'm sorry, child but I couldn't do anything. It's not me but my son. He was in foreign country studying when we fixed our deal. But know he came back and got a bigger purchaser for this apartment "
" the person who bought this apartment is a big business in country A. Yesterday that person ,he personally made a call to offer 3 times the price for this apartment.
" And My son made a deal, I wanted to stop him but he never listened to me once. I.... " her voice sounds very sad she is almost sentimental from seeing me in this state.
" I don't know what to say? Why are all this things happening with me. Firstly hanging insecure job then roof taking away. It's all mess.
I can't scold this lady. I know she had done so much for me and couldn't fight with her son ,its was me who was purchasing this apartment at lower price.
I can't blame him either. It's just that stupid rich man who brought this apartment. Why can't he look for other there are plenty apartments around the city which is more luxurious and more spacious then this small 2 bedroom kitchen.
"why god why ?" I wanted to curse at that man who messed my plan. why all of the sudden i'm having bad luck everything was going on great .but from the time I encountered of that rich ass man and her b***h fiancé from then on my life's is suffering . why this all rich mans messing up with my life.?? why??
" where should i go ? i don't know anybody. i don't have enough money to rent out any apartment near my work area. The prices of this industrial and developed area is so high and i cant afford to take a long road travel if I do get a house far away from this area.
'' Alex, i have one thing to tell you" Mrs. oxfin smiled a little bit to my surprised .
" when we contacted that business man who brought this apartment and told about this whole thing, he is allowing you to live in this apartment on rent, until he comes here to live, which he said would not be earlier than 6 months. so you can live in here until than
" really? can i live in here" i question here in happiness , i can live here for another 6 months and then i can find a proper house near by in this period. no need to rush such a good solution. I said to Mrs. oxfin. we both got happy over this . After having a quick tea talks Mrs. oxfin . she went to her house. and now its only me all alone. i saw my beautiful apartment which I've used my creativity on is now someone else property. That basted rich man!!! i hate you.

YES!... secretary nodded her head went out the office in rush.
" my love, be ready to receive biggest surprises of your life, from tomorrow onwards ,your life gonna change entirely. reap what you sow game we are playing so my love be READY!!! " he smirked at a photo frame on his desk and his eyes went blury with water.
