Hunters!
“What do you mean-.” She paused, her fingers clicking together. “You mean people who hunt down vampires?” she said, unsure of her words.
“Not only vampires, but supernatural beings in general. Each has their own specifications and areas of expertise, but Ashley and Jason belong to the general association of hunters.” He explained and she nodded, her mouth parted slowly.
“Oh,” She muttered. “Is that why Ashley was bent on getting you killed? Wait, can you get killed?” She snapped up at him.
“Ashley is a person who is hot-headed and less calculative, unlike Jason, who is thorough.” He answered, ignoring her question yet again.
“You just need to be careful around those two. Jason intentionally held you like that just so he could get a reaction out of you.”
