Arion
I am packing my stuff now. We’re going to Australia in an hour. I'm really anxious that I'm going to a wolf pack territory. From what I've learned from my ever trusted friend 'Google', and movies, vampires are werewolves are great enemies. And I'm a vampire. I'm not sure if they will be nice to me.
I was so caught up with my thoughts that I didn't noticed someone came into my room. Then my clothes suddenly went into my empty luggage, neatly folded.
I jumped a little and my mouth gaped at it. I heard giggles behind me, so I turned around. Only to find the lovely Charlie trying to control her laughter.
I scowled at her.
"Haha. Funny." I said.
"Sorry. I just want to help you pack. " she said looking at me.
I smiled at her and motioned for her to come closer. When she's near enough, I grabbed her by her waist and pulled her to me.
"I missed you." I told her.
She looked at me with something in her eyes that I've never seen before.
"Uh.. Ahm.. I came to personally endorse you to Keegan. " she said.
I scowled at the way she said the alpha's name.
"You two seems to be very close." I sad letting go of her and walked towards the window.
"What's up with you? You seem different." She asked.
"Nothing. I'll be out in a minute. You can go to Percy now." I said, then walked towards the bathroom, and close the door behind me.
Charlie
"What's up with you? You seem different." I asked Arion.
"Nothing. I'll be out in a minute. You can go to Percy now." He said, and then he walked towards the bathroom, and close the door behind him.
What's up with him? I can feel his irritation through our bond. Why?
I sighed and left. I looked for my brother around, just to see him eating pizza in the kitchen, to his heart’s content.
"Do you have any idea what's going on with Arion?" I asked him as I took a seat beside him.
He scoffed and drinks his coke.
"You're seriously asking me that? Come on Charlie. We both know that your bond is growing. So Arion is really confused with his feelings. He's so worked up. Especially he knows you're Percy's girlfriend, yet you both at attracted to each other." He said.
I looked down and sighed.
"Do you think it’s time for him to know?" I asked.
Before Chris could answer, Arion came in.
"Know what?" He asked.
"It’s about-" I cut off Chris.
"That we'll be leaving if you're ready. "
He looked at me and furrows his eyebrows. Then Ali came in.
"My mistress, everything is ready. " he said.
Arion turned to Ali and hissed at him.
"Who are you?!" Arion asked and stood in front of me
Ali looked alarmed as Arion barred his fangs.
"Uhhh..."
Ali was speechless and I was rooted on the spot.
'Calm Arion down. He's unconsciously in protective mode of his beloved. ' I heard my brother in my head.
Immediately after Chris said those words, I wrapped my arms around Arion's arm.
"Sshh.. He's okay. He's a friend. " I told Arion.
He slowly calmed down. He turned to me and I gasped, as I saw his eyes turned bright blue, instead of gold. He then dipped his nose on my hair, and inhaled my scent.
I closed my eyes and cherish the moment.
"Arion, this is Aladdin." Chris told Arion.
Arion craned his neck and looked at Chris then at Ali.
"He's a part of our family too. " He added.
Arion sniffed the air and narrowed his eyes.
"What are you?" He asked Ali.
"I'm a djinni." Ali answered.
Arion looked confused.
"Aladdin is my genie. You know. Like genie of the lamp. But instead he's the genie of the ring." I told Arion.
I pulled away from him and showed him the ring.
"It’s an honor to meet you Mr. Arion Knight. My match worked or your company." Ali sad.
"Match?" Arion asked in confusion.
"Dee is his match. Like a soul mate. " I explained.
Then Percy chose that moment to make his appearance. He went to me and pulled me to his side.
"We better get along. " he said and then he pulled me out of the kitchen.
As I walk away from the kitchen, I could feel Arion's rage with our bond.
Arion
I felt my blood boil as I watch Percy ushered Charlie out of the kitchen. I clenched my fist and then I slammed it in the table. The table broke into several pieces.
"You're getting stronger. " Chris commented and I glared at him.
"Let's go. " I mumbled and left the kitchen.
I walked my way towards the training grounds where I saw Percy practically shoving his tongue in Charlie's throat.
I cleared my throat that gained their attention, and they pulled apart. Chris and Ali arrived and we walked towards the couple.
"Let's go. " Chris said.
Then we all held hands. Charlie nodded at Ali, who nodded back.
Ali closed his eyes and when he opened it, its glowing silver. And in a second, we are no longer in the grounds of Scotland.
We let go back of each other’s hands and looked around.
Then five bulky shirtless men walked towards us. They bowed their heads towards Percy.
"The alpha is waiting for you inside his office. " one of them said.
"Thank you Kyle. Please take care of their things. " Percy said and the men nodded.
We followed Percy into a huge and gorgeous four storey mansion. There are children, teenagers and adults outside the house. They bowed their heads as Percy passed by. I noticed some lustful stares from women. I would wink back at them but I noticed Charlie giving them the stinky eye. And she looked adorable.
We went straight to the alpha's office. Percy knocked and the door is opens by a few all, dark haired guy.
"Come in. " he said.
We walk right in and I saw Chris patted the man's shoulder and bother chuckled.
When we were all standing in the middle of the office, that's when I noticed the man seated behind his desk. He looked tall even though he's still seated. His light brown hair that looks like Percy's was gelled into a spike.
He stood up and walked around his desk and approached Charlie. He engulf her in a bear hug.
"I missed you so much Chari!!" He exclaimed.
A low growl escaped my lips along with Percy's. Everyone looked at me. I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms over my chest.
"Alpha Keegan, this is Arion Knight, my fledgling. " Charlie introduced me.
The alpha raised his eyebrow at me before he held his hand.
"Welcome to Mountain Ridge Pack. I'm alpha Keegan. " he introduced himself.
I shook his hand and looked at his eyes.
"Arion Knight. "
I felt his grip in my hand tightened. His power and authority radiates off him.
'His wolf thought you are challenging him. Bow down. ' I heard Chris' voice in my head.
My jaw clenched and bowed down my head.
I can feel his power subside. I let go of his hand.
"It’s a pleasure to be at your service my lady." Alpha Keegan said looking at Charlie.
She rolled her eyes.
"Don't push it Keegan. " she said and turned to me.
"I hope you get the best training. Ali will be back after a week to train you as well." She told me.
"I'll be going. Your office needs me. "
She sad and nodded towards Chris and she disappeared along with Ali, leaving me with Chris, Percy and a pack of wolves.
"Let's get you settled. " Percy said.
