It was two whole days since my sister found out about what really happened to me. And it was two whole days since I last saw my beautiful beloved. I haven't heard from her. She won't pick up her phone. I also tried calling Chris but it went straight to his voicemail.
It's Monday again and I am on my way to work with the twins. Again. I made it to the executive floor with my poker face as employees greeted me.
"It's not hard to smile to your employees once in a while. " Travis said.
"It is. But if I did, those people will get mixed signals. I don't want to compromise my position in this company as well as my relationship with Charlie. " I told them.
The twins shrugged. Then I stopped on tracks when I reached my secretary's table. Charlie was there laughing with a female employee
