I really hadn’t a ton of choices available for a last second hotel suite, with secured parking available. I did the best that I could do under the circumstances.
It really kind of grates, though, that instead of my usually inexpensive Hawaiian vacation in my owned condominium, I’m now paying for two very expensive hotel rooms, as well as for two car rentals! I understand that it’s sort of my fault that none of us wanted to stay in the original location (or more accurately the fault of whomever is trying to kill me). And not only that, but I can actually afford to pay, since I’ve become a successful landlord and entrepreneur in recent years. Still, I’m not all that fond of throwing money around after years of struggling financially to turn my father’s real estate business
