After Drew left, we resumed our meeting. We changed a few things in the hospital. Now we have two doctors and could change this a bit. Doctor Wilson wanted some time off, so we made a roster system. That way, I had two nurses working with me, and he had the same. He worked four days and I worked four days. One day we worked together, usually on a Wednesday, because our records showed that, for some reason, that day was very busy, and if we had to do a night shift, we got the next day off and the other one would take the other’s place, and hope they got some sleep. In theory, it sounded good, and with agreement that if we had a rogue attack it was all hands on deck.
