My muscles ached from my time in the gym, but it was a good feeling. The aching muscles matched my heart and head. I left the gym and went to hunt down Ashley. Hopefully, he had some answers, or guidance on how to handle wooing my mate. Did I just say ‘Woo?’ Wow, I had no idea that I even knew that word.
Ashley was in the office, waiting for me as he did some entries on the computer. He looked up when the door opened and a bright smile filled his face, he looked back down at his computer, and hit a few buttons, then stood up. He came around the table towards me, having not left the entry.
