Soon, back in the lobby of Ian’s place, they enter an elevator. Ryan’s worried that Ian just wants company tonight because of the rush of adrenalin he’s probably feeling, like Ryan, from breaking into Future Tower and getting what they wanted. “Is this the last time I’ll be invited here?” he asks. “It’s okay if it is. I won’t cause a fuss. I’d just like to know.” Before he answers, Ian crowds Ryan against the back wall of the elevator, pinning him with his hips and putting his hands on his shoulders. “I like you, Ryan. I didn’t bring you here planning to never see you again, and I wanted to get to know you. You already know what I do as a job, so that isn’t an issue.
