My body felt heavy for some reason, and my head was throbbing like I'd just been through about a month of Spring Break straight. Which was weird because I remember graduating. Though not much else.
I don't remember what happened, though it's the most obvious thing in the world that something had happened to me. Something bad.
My eyes were still closed, and slowly, I started to open them. I knew that there wasn't much else I could do, my limbs felt like they were just heavy pieces of metal, barely even attached to my body. The light slipped through my eyelids and I felt a pain shoot through me. I forced myself to open my eyes though, I had to know what happened, and the only way to get to that was to see where I was.
