I was tired and grumpy and Blake flying off the handle wasn't something I needed in my life! Jesus, did he have any idea how long this took to organise?
The first thing I had to do was release my best Chef to come and cook breakfast for Blake's customers. Leila was an absolutely awesome cook and Ben didn't speak to me for hours after I had told him what I was doing. She made the best pancakes in the world and Ben ate them almost every day! Leila had been brilliant about the whole thing when I told her what I expected her to do. She was still being paid as my chef so she wasn't losing out and I'd given her a 10% pay increase for being so willing to help me out.
