A day with him

Myra's POV

I dragged myself out of the room to find Calvin, I knew he was rich but not like this. I went down the corridor then stairs where I found the living room, my lord it was well decorated.

“Calvin?”  I shouted looking for him as I walked, but he was not there. I grabbed my phone wanting to call him when the main door opened> I quickly turned only to find Calvin

“Morning! You are up early” he said to me as I swallowed hard looking at him all sweaty, his abs showing in his vest.

“I usually don’t sleep much!”  I said to him looking away as he came closer

“I see, sorry I usually go for a morning run. Would you like something to eat?” he asked me walking to the kitchen. He just slides the doors and he was already in his kitchen

“Maybe a shower?”  I said to him and he nodded his head, “The bathroom is this way” He said leading me back upstairs “Thank you!”  I said entering the room, the towels were well arranged and he even had spare brushes.

The only thing I asked myself was how come he acted so different to this morning. I took time taking a shower and went to the bedroom, I found he had spread some jeans and a t-shirt for me and flat pumps. I wore them and went downstairs, I got to the kitchen and found he made breakfast for me,

“Take a seat!”  He said serving me as I looked at the plate, I must admit he did a good presentation of the food, “Can I kiss you know?”  He asked leaning over the kitchen counter making me choke on the toast I had just bit from

“What?”  I said asking him as he laughed

“Well you said you want me to kiss you last night, so can l?”  he asked me making widened my eyes “Really? I did? I don’t remember” I said to him sipping form the coffee

“Are you sure? Because I know you remember” he said checking my face as I kept stealing glances at him

“well, I don’t remember,” I said to him tasting the bacon, he chuckled going to pour himself some coffee and coming back to sit opposite me as I ate.

He kept staring at me as I ate, I knew my loose mouth said it but come on I was drunk, no one takes drunk people seriously.

“So, what are you doing today?”  He asked me and I looked at him wondering why he was asking

“Am unemployed so nothing?” I said to him and he smiled, “Okay, can we spend the day together?”  He asked me and I swallowed hard looking at him, why would he want to spend the day with me?

“Sure, I don’t see why not!”  I said to him faking a smile as he nodded his head

‘Perfect” He said as he sipped from his coffee, I couldn’t wait to tell Tasha about last night. Speak of the devil my phone rang and it was her, “Excuse me!”  I said standing up as walked to the living room

“Hello?”  I asked humbly

“Where the f**k is you?”  she asked me and I looked around, “Home why?”  I asked her and she scoffed, I knew she was probably calling me from home

“You are not home; I am standing in front of your house and your mom just told me you spent the night out with a man who picked you up last night” She snapped at me and I kept quiet

“Wait> My mom did what?”  I said through the phone getting surprised that she saw me,

“Told me, now who the f**k is that man and where are you?”  she spoke through the phone as Calvin came close to me telling me that he is just going to get his car keys

“I will explain later…. Let me meet you in the evening” I said to her as  Calvin walk-in

“Home?”  He said as he handed me my coffee, I brushed my hair behind sipping from my coffee

“Tasha, she went to see me at home,” I said to him as I held on the cup,

“I see…. I will just send a few emails while you finish your breakfast then we can go” He said to me walking to the table where his laptop was. I watched him stay focused on working on his computer. I couldn’t believe that I was close to him but he didn’t think of doing anything with me.

“Am done! Still far from finishing?”  I asked him as I went close to him as he pressed send.

“Well almost,” He said to me and I went close sitting adjacent him as he worked, 

“I can see you drooling over me, you know that?”  He asked me and I smiled

“Is that a bad thing?”  I asked him as folded hands on the table leaning over

“Well, it depends…. If you keep it up, I might just end up fulfilling that kiss” he replied looking at me briefly with a smile. I rolled my eyes pressing my phone checking my pictures.

“Okay, I am done! We can go now” He said to me as he closed his laptop standing up from the table grabbing his coat.

I stood up following him behind outside, we went to the car park and he unlocked the car for me to go in, he had three different cars and one of them was Lamborghini. I couldn’t believe it

“How did you know these clothes are my size? And where did you get them so fast?”  I asked him as he smiled, 

“Well I have a personal assistant who was dropping off some documents and I asked her to bring some clothes. I guess she just knew your size” he replied

“So where are we going?”  I asked as I buckled up him giving me a pair of sunny glasses focusing on the road

“You know that you are a curious person?” he asked me and I gasped looking at him “What?”  I said widening my eyes

“Yeah, it’s quite amusing,” he said to me as he increased the speed

“Really? I am not curious just somebody who is wanting to know everything beforehand” I said to him looking away.

“If you must know we are going to see one of the resorts I am looking forward to buying,”  He said to me “It will take some time so rest up,”  He said putting some music, I sat back closing my eyes as he drove. For some reason, I slept in his car comfortably something I have not done in years.
