“How could you bring a stranger to our house like that? You do not even know her. She could be anything a thief, a patient, a beggar, psychotic. Why did you let her sit in your car.? Do you even realize how risky it is? What if she had attacked you, and took your car. How could you be so irresponsible?” Sameer started his luggage of questions throwing it at Sia. Sia replied to him, “Sam..!! Sam!! Would you please calm down.? She is not anything you are thinking of her to be! She was running on the road barefoot and she was not in sense at all. I am betting you something has happened to her but she is not quite ready to tell us. We cannot leave her like this. She was whispering some name before, something like Manan, maybe she is waiting for this guy to help her. If we could just find out who that guy is then we can know what has happened to her. We have to help her. I do not think she knows anyone from around. We cannot just leave her. Where she will go?” Sia said so with her innocent face and big eyes staring at Sameer.  Sameer looked at Sia and his anger melted down as he could not ever resist that innocent face. Sameer sighted and told Sia, “Okay..!! We will help her but we cannot let her stay over here. We will take her to the police or some NGO for women. And you have to agree with me on this one”. Sameer tried to be strict with his words. Sia agreed upon that. 

Both of them came out of the bedroom and Sia started the conversation with Aakriti, Sia told her, “Aakriti, this is my fiancé, Sameer. He and I are going to help you finding Manan, but for that, you have to tell us more information about him or about you. We will take you to the police so we can find him faster and you will be safe over there. You don’t have to worry as we are here for you, and you can trust us to tell us everything or anything. Whoever he is, and whatever he has done to you or if someone else has done something to you and him, just tell us what it is so we can help you”. Sia was interrupted by Aakriti and she started murmuring those words again, “Aakriti, Manan, and diamonds”. Words were breaking sometimes, sometimes we're not clear, sometimes were loud and she sounded exhausted and scared while murmuring those words. The word Diamond was coming out from her mouth, quitter and quitter. Aakriti kept repeating those three words and then she started crying. Sameer told Aakriti, “Let’s go.!!! We are going to the police, they will help us.” Aakriti stared at Sameer with the resented face. Sameer gave a look to Sia of “See what you have done, and bring them in the wrong situation.” Sia told Aakriti, “If you do not want to go to the police, you have to tell us more about yourself. You are just repeating those three words. How will it help us to help you? Where do you want to go? Who do you want to be with? Is there anything you could tell us more about yourself or what happened to you, and we are not taking you to the police to make you go through any troubles, we just want to help you and the police could help us in that”. Aakriti could not handle all the pressure of questions. She started whispering, “Manan, Manan..!!! Black diamonds, Black diamonds..!!”. She got exhausted from repeating those words and she lay down on the floor and slept on the floor. 

Sameer and Sia were out of all ideas that, what should be done next. Sia put the blanket on her as she was sleeping on the floor without covering herself. Sameer told Sia, “It seems pretty clear that she is not totally well and her mental health is disturbed. We could go into big trouble if we keep her here for long. And what is a black diamond? Have you ever heard of it anywhere before.? Is it something she is creating in her own mind to fool us and to grab our attention? What if she wants to live for free and in search of a place and we got stuck with her.?” Sameer gave Sia a puzzled look and asked her if she knew what needed to be done? Sia looked at Aakriti sleeping peacefully on the floor. Aakriti had grabbed on the blanket so tightly. Sia decided that Aakriti should stay at Sameer’s place for that night as it was late and it was going to be difficult in waking up Aakriti and asked her to move any other place, and it was not decent of Sia and Sameer to ask a girl to move out at late night when she had nowhere to go and no one with her. Sameer told Sia, “You are going to be here too? Right?”. Sameer was under impression that Sia would never let him stay alone with some maniac though it was his house. Sia replied in a taunt, “Yeah, Like my family would approve this.???  I am still Miss Sia and not Mrs. Sia.”  Sameer said, “Are you going to leave me alone with a girl? Sia said, “I trust you more than anything in this world.” Sameer denied doing so and he decided that he would stay at Sia’s house with her family and Sia would also stay at Sameer’s apartment with Aakriti. But then he thought what if Aakriti woke up and Sia would be in trouble because of her. He could not leave her (Sia) alone with a stranger who had a disturbed his mind and strange condition.   So they both decided to go to Sia’s house for that night and let Aakriti stay alone at Sameer’s house.
